Qilin, the Chinese Unicorn, was the symbol of luck. This is a project originally developed as the mascot of a Xian, I want to give a modern east-meet-west image to the new raising city.
I designed 4 pure species of Qilin, each of them have different features in the outlook. A newly random Qilin will be born if 2 different species get married. This idea help lower the production cost by sharing same production mould with adding parts & tailor made pattern print.
